PURPOSE: A method for a voice notification relay service, and a computer system executing the same are provided to realize ARS voice notice at a low cost by an agreement with a relay service provider. CONSTITUTION: A relay service provider(2) groups user companies(1) for forming a list of basic guide notification, stores the list on a database(3), and stores scenario corresponding to each guide notification on the database(3). Each user company(1) connects to a site of the relay service provider(2) for contracting an agreement for ARS(Automatic Response System) voice notification and selecting guide notification. The relay service provider(2) reads the specific scenario corresponding to the selected guide notification from the database(3) to transmit the specific scenario to the user company(1). The user company(1) transmits data corresponding non-fixed sentences and data of telephone numbers to the relay service provider(2). The relay service provider(2) forms voiceXML codes based on fixed sentences, a list of the non-fixed sentence, and a list of the telephone numbers to transmit the voiceXML codes to a communication network company(5). A voiceXML translation server(6) of the communication network company(5) decodes the transmitted voiceXML codes and calls the telephone numbers for ARS notice.
