PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external-facing building material, by which dirt resulting from a sealing material does not spread, and its antipollution method. SOLUTION: In the external facing material with a building material and the silicone sealing material disposed to the peripheral section of the building material, the external facing material in which photocatalytic particles and a silicone anticlogging agent comprising three or more of hydroxyl groups in one molecule are at least fixed onto the surface of the building material is provided. The manufacturing method of the external facing material having a process, in which the external facing material is formed of the photocatalytic layer and the silicone anticlogging agent on the surface of the building material, and a process in which an elution preventive layer is formed on the silicone sealing material is provided. A coating composition for manufacturing the external facing material. to which the photocatalytic particles and the silicon anticlogging agent are at least comprised, is provided.
