<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent jump of an occupant at the time of rollover, side collision or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Backrest parts 1, 2 of a seat are provided with an upper support member 3 capable of restricting a shoulder part of the seated occupant M from upward and a side support member 4 capable of restricting the shoulder part of the occupant M from a side.
