PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively enhance an air cleaning function by allowing the positive installation of a light source of a photocatalyst filter even in a narrow air lead-in passage, causing no problem of pressure loss. SOLUTION: The air lead-in passage A is provided with the photocatalyst filter 2, the light source 3 for irradiating the photocatalyst filter 2 with light, and a reflecting means 4 for reflecting the light from the light source 3 toward the photocatalyst filter 2. The photocatalyst filter 2 is of approximately honeycomb structure with titanium oxide compounded, and the filter is activated when ultraviolet rays are irradiated from the light source. The light source is composed of a lamp irradiating ultraviolet rays when lighted. The reflecting means 4 are composed of reflecting films formed by either coating treatment or plating treatment, and provided on the front and rear faces of an inside-outside air changeover damper 55.
