UNIVERSAL CORNER BUILDING COMPONENT

A building component comprises a pair of spaced parallel elongate flat members (10) moulded from cement fibre-reinforced light weight render and joined along adjacent elongate edges (13) by E-glass mesh (15). The mesh extends through the members and forms a wing (16) extending from the opposite elongate edges (13) which are bevelled. The component is attached to a wall surface at an internal or external corner by nailing or by glueing the members to the wall surfaces on respective sides of the corner. The wall surface may then be coated with an applied coating flush with the outer face of the members (10).
