CONCRETE SURFACING METHOD

A method for improving the adhesiveness between hardened cement compositions and resin coating materials by spraying an aqueous solution containing organ ic acid(s) which will react with the surface to produce calcium compounds on th e hardened cement surface before a resin coating material is applied, thus removing the carbonate membrane of hydrated cement compositions. This improv es the adhesiveness between the hardened cement compositions and the resin coating material.
