PURPOSE: A device and method for packing contents in a bag is provided to increase the packing capacity of the bag, and to quickly fill the contents into the bag. CONSTITUTION: A device for packing contents in a bag(A) is composed of a drawing unit(10) filling the contents into the bag and rotated by a driving unit(430), a jolting unit(40) installed below the drawing unit and moving up by the driving unit, a feeding unit(20) having a gripper(210) for gripping the bag and moving horizontally, a guide unit(70) having a guide member for closing the inlet of the bag, and a discharge conveyor(60).
