PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a resin part capable of reducing the cost and improving the workability. SOLUTION: A long metal collar 30 is manufactured, and the metal collar 30 is installed in a through-hole 28 of a flange 29 coming in contact with a fixed part 34 of a vehicle panel 25. When a flange 27 and the flange 29 are overlapped, the exposed part of the metal collar 30 installed in the through-hole 28 of the flange 29 is inserted in a through-hole 26 of the flange 27. Being inserted by the exposed part of the metal collar 30 makes the state as if the metal collar was present on the metal collar 30 from the beginning. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
