PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable plastic form for placing concrete and its continuously connecting structure capable of using a metallic implement used for a conventional plywood form for the form and retaining the concrete surface flat without leakage of concrete. SOLUTION: In the plastic form 30 for placing concrete having a sheathing board 32 forming one side face of a concrete placing face 31 and a side board 33 bent at right angles from both side edges of the sheathing board 32 to the reverse side of the concrete placing face 31 of the sheathing board 32, a perpendicularly extending protrusion 40 having one side face formed flash with the concrete placing face 31 of the sheathing board 32 is protruded at the outside surface 38 of the side board 33 and the height H of the protrusion 40 is not less than half of the maximum width of the fastening member coming into contact with the protrusion 40 when the form 30 is installed.
