<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electrolyte layer without infiltrating onto an electrode layer, and to provide a stacked body having high power generating characteristics as an electrode structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the stacked body, proton conductive polymer solution or fluid dispersion containing 25 to 50 wt.% of moisture is coated on the electrode layer, they are dried to form a thin film made of the proton conductive polymer, proton conductive polymer solution or fluid dispersion containing 25 wt.% or lower of moisture is coated on the thin film, and they are dried to manufacture a laminated body composed of the electrode layer and the electrolyte layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
