PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system for emergency with which information can be speedily and exactly reported in the case of emergency. SOLUTION: This information system has an integrated services digital network(ISDN) telephone terminal 2A installed at a shelter and connected to an ISDN packet network 1, remote data terminal 3A connected to the ISDN telephone terminal 2A so as to be used for inputting and transmitting refuge data DA, and center terminal 4 connected to the ISDN packet network 1 so as to perform data working such as summing-up or analysis after the shelter data DA and DB are received. |
