When recording visual information such as a title and an image associated with the information recorded in an information layer (2) of the information medium (1), in a visual information layer (5) of the information medium (1), it is possible to make the first light source (6) and the second light source (7) simultaneously emit light so as to increase the light emission intensity and color the visual information layer of a thermo-sensitive recording material, thereby improving the recording speed of the visual information.
