<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot water supply device whereby radiation heat loss of a refrigerant-water heat exchanger is reduced and heat pump operation is performed at high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type hot water supply device is provided with a refrigerant circuit constituted by circularly connecting a compressor, the refrigerant-water heat exchanger 12, a pressure reducing device and an evaporator with a refrigerant pipe, and a hot water supply circuit constituted by connecting a hot water storage tank, a circulation pump and the refrigerant- water heat exchanger 12 with a hot water pipe. The heat of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor is exchanged with the heat of the hot water flowing in the hot water circuit by the refrigerant-water heat exchanger 12. The refrigerant-water heat exchanger 12 is provided with a first heat exchange pipe 12A through which the hot water flows and a second heat exchanger pipe 12B through which the refrigerant flows to perform heat exchange, and is formed in a cylindrical shape.
