PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform voice conversion with high quality without being affected by noise by changing the phase of a complex signal so that the angular velocity of the inputted complex signal is increased/decreased by a prescribed magnification. SOLUTION: This sound signal conversion device consists of a complex signal conversion part 10 and a phase variable adjustment part 20. Then, the complex signal conversion part 10 inputs a sound signal, and converts the inputted sound signal into the complex signal consisting of a real number part and an imaginary number part. The phase variable adjustment part 20 inputs the complex signal obtained by the complex signal conversion part 10, and changes the phase of the inputted complex signal so that the angular velocity of the complex signal is increased/decreased by a prescribed first magnification. Thus, the voice pitch is changed while maintaining an original voice speed, to be applied for the conversion of a key of accompaniment in 'KARAOKE' (orchestration without lyrics), and a device unspecified in speaker for example. Further, the device is used for a special effect sound adding function of an electronic instrument. |
