PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorbing connector having superior electromagnetic wave absorptivity, reducing a manufacturing cost, and suitably used for communication equipment and electronic-electric equipment. SOLUTION: A connector uses a metallic terminal and a housing for holding the terminal as a main component. In this electromagnetic wave absorbing connector, the housing is composed of an electromagnetic wave absorbing molding material by dispersing a high magnetic permeability filler of 30 to 70 volume % in a thermoplastic resin matrix on the basis of the whole molding material volume.
