PURPOSE: A rotating ring used in a clamp is provided to make a secure locking protrusion by forming the rotating ring at one clamp body and forming a perforation hole at the other clamp body in order to receive the rotating ring. CONSTITUTION: A rotating ring(2) is integrally formed with one clamp body(1) and a perforation hole is formed in the other clamp body(1a). The rotating ring(2) of the clamp body(1) is inserted into the perforation hole of the other clamp body. In this state, the clamp bodies(1) are bent so that a locking protrusion is formed. Thus, manufacturing cost is saved and manufacturing steps are reduced. Since the rotating ring(2) of the clamp body(1) is inserted into the perforation hole of the other clamp body, the clamp unit has superior endurance and stability.
