PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material capable of packaging a tableware washing and drying machine in high reliance with a small amount of the material without damaging a protecting function for the machine, and to provide a packaging structure of the tableware washing and drying machine using the packaging material. SOLUTION: The packaging material is equipped with a front pad 11, a rear pad 12, an under case 13 and an upper case 14 wherein the rear pad 12 is arranged in a bent state so that a space is formed to house a water pipe 3 and a drain pipe 4 each extending from the rear surface of the tableware washing and drying machine A and the under case 13 is engaged in the under edge portion of the bent rear pad 12 and is in cooperation with the rear pad 12 to form a space to house the water pipe 3 and the drain pipe 4 each extending from the rear surface of the tableware washing and drying machine A.
