PURPOSE: A double cooling apparatus of the bottom part of blast furnace is provided which is capable of securing life cycle of the blast furnace by more stably maintaining bricks of the bottom part of the blast furnace in which molten metal produced by blast furnace operation is gathered. CONSTITUTION: In a cooling system for cooling refractories of the bottom part of blast furnace, the double cooling apparatus of the bottom part of the blast furnace comprises lower cooling pipes(3) arranged in the lower part of the bottom plate of the blast furnace; and upper cooling pipes(6) arranged in the upper part of the bottom plate of the blast furnace, the cooling pipes(3,6) are supported by the refractories with being surrounded by the refractories, wherein the refractories surrounding the upper cooling pipes(6) of the bottom of the blast furnace are formed of graphite(7), and the refractories surrounding the lower cooling pipes(3) of the bottom of the blast furnace are formed of alumina concrete, wherein a plurality of the lower and upper cooling pipes are arranged perpendicularly to each other, and wherein temperature of upper cooling pipes near the center of the bottom part of the blast furnace is higher than temperature of upper cooling pipes distanced from the center of the bottom part of the blast furnace.
