<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional transportation and delivery planning method cannot make an effective plan for the transportation requiring consideration of convenience of time of a delivery destination. SOLUTION: When making a transportation plan for transporting a cargo among a plurality of bases, position information of the plurality of bases is inputted, cargo information including cargo quantity of the cargo to be transported, the delivery destination, and a delivery time limit of a time range to enable receipt of the cargo by the delivery destination is inputted, transportation vehicle information including a load capacity limit of a vehicle for transportation is inputted, target information for a reference for evaluating the transportation plan is inputted, and a route to be covered by the transportation vehicle is made with the usage of the respective information in a condition that the inputted delivery time limit is kept.</p> |
