PURPOSE: A method for learning a real estate simulation auction through a quiz on an Internet web site is provided to execute a simulation learning about an auction based on an article for sale at auction in an actual law court. CONSTITUTION: A user registers in a web site as a member for participating in a quiz(200). If a user wants to participate in a quiz, the user selects one article for sale at auction and clicks the article(210). If the user clicks the selected article, it is checked whether the balance in a property management bankbook is greater than a predetermined amount of money(220). If the balance is greater than an amount of money necessary for participating in a quiz one time, detailed information with respect to the selected article is supplied(230). The user analyzes the information and decides a bid price(240). If a contract price with respect to the simulation auction is decided, bid prices suggested by many participators are compared with actual contract prices, and a successful bidder is selected(250). If a dividend is decided, the dividend is transferred to an account of the successful bidder(260).
