PURPOSE: A fomenting cushion obtained by forming a plurality of receiving pockets with an outer skin made of cotton fabric and inserting a plurality of loess powder packs into the receiving pockets is provided. Therefore, the cushion is simple and convenient to use because it can be easily folded and then heated in a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: The whole front and rear end of an outer skin made of cotton fabric is finished with a front and rear end of the outer skin, sealed and then sewn to form a sewing line(7, 8), a plurality of receiving pockets outwardly opened are formed on the whole outer skin formed by a plurality of a receiving pocket-forming sewing line. A plurality of loess powder packs are inserted into the interior of each receiving pocket, the receiving pockets are sealed by both end sewing lines(10, 10a), which are formed by sewing both ends of the whole outer skin.
