PURPOSE: A diary registration method and system is provided to register a business or personal diary, specially an unfair dealing from other company or person or something to be praised, at a computer system, and to open the diary to the public or a specific target. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a client(1-1), a transaction partner(1-2), and a diary server(1-3). The client(1-1) is usually a person who has been damaged in transacting a commodity or a service with the transaction partner, and conversely, the transaction partner is a person or a company who has caused damage. In a case that the client has been damaged from the transaction partner, the client accesses the diary server(1-3), and registers detailed contents on the damage at the diary server(1-3). The detailed contents include a company or personal name, a contact point, transaction specifications or concrete data on an unfair dealing. The diary server(1-3) notifies the transaction partner(1-2) of the registered contents, and the transaction partner takes necessary measures on the registered unfair dealing. According to the taken measures, the diary server(1-3) deletes or modifies the registered contents or adds new data to the registered contents. |
