PURPOSE: A live wire cable apparatus is provided to wind easily cables or ropes around drums or unfasten the cables or the ropes from the drums by installing a plurality of drum portions in a loading case. CONSTITUTION: A rotary portion(3) has a main body fixed to a loading case. A bracket is formed at the main body. The rotary portion(3) provides the rotary power by using a winch driver(30). A drum portion includes a drum(20) formed at an outer side of the rotary portion(3), a drum cover(22), and a mobile plate(26) connected to a fixing projection(27). A cover(29) is installed at a center of the drum cover(22). A screw shaft(42) passes through the cover(29). A mobile portion(41) is installed at a front end of the screw shaft(42). A separation portion controls a diameter of the mobile plate(26) by connecting a mobile plate operating portion(40) with the mobile plate(26). A guide portion forms a guide shaft at a connection shaft and installs a guide roller at the guide shaft.
