PURPOSE: An optical device for correcting an optical axis and a chromatic aberration and an optical pickup device having the same are provided to align the optical axes of light having different wavelength and correct the chromatic aberration of a collimator lens, thereby improving the light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An optical device for correcting an optical axis and a chromatic aberration includes first and second layers(31,33) formed with flat media, wherein first light reflected against the surface of the first layer and second light reflected against the second layer are aligned in different optical axes by the media of the first and second layers, and the media have a thickness enough to correct the chromatic aberration of a lens(21) through which the first and second reflected light passes. |
