Capsules containing explosive are introduced into molding cavity of tool either before, during or after plastic melt has been injected into cavity. Alternative methods for forming chambers in melt include: a) explosive evaporation of high pressure water jet injected into melt flowing into tool cavity; b) injecting melt into tube in front of the melt inlet which melts second, internal tube.
