PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ventilation efficiency in a fitting position of an eave soffit, to prevent small animals such as a bat from entering therein, and to prevent the external appearance from being impaired. SOLUTION: A pair of suspension pieces 3 and 3 are suspended in the indoor and outdoor directions with an interval spaced from a fitting piece 2 to a furring strip 1 in a bead 10. An eave soffit supporting piece 4 is extended from the bottom end of one suspension piece 3. A space piece 7 connected to a fascia board 5 is extended from the bottom end of the other suspension piece 3. The pair of suspension pieces 3 and 3 is formed with ventilation ports 11 and 11. The bead 10 is fitted to the furring strip 1 in the fitting piece 2. The eave soffit 8 is mounted on the eave soffit support piece 4 so as to form a first wind passage (marked with a letter nearly like Y in the figure) between one suspension piece 3 and the end face of the eave soffit 8. The space piece 7 is connected to the fascia board 5 so as to form a second wind passage (marked with a letter square in shape in the figure) in a space toward the fascia board 5. Cover pieces 15 and 15 are extended from the bottom ends of the respective suspension pieces 2 and 3 to the opposite suspension pieces 3 and 3 side. |
