PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a carrying burden for putting and melting snow and ice in a snow melter by carrying the snow and the ice, and to easily melt the snow of a narrow place and an elevated spot though there are conventional structures of various machines for melting the snow. SOLUTION: High pressure steam is generated by a steam moving snow melter. The snow melter can move over a long distance by the connection of a pressure hose. A hollow pipe is arranged in a grip in a tip part of the pressure hose. An opening-closing valve and the hollow pipe can be connected, and are formed as a solving means by arranging a nozzle on the tip.
