SOLUTION: This medium has a recorded operating system for operating a computer system, characterized by being equipped with an input means 14, a display means 12, a storage means 11, a communication means 13, and a processing means 15, by using the storage means 11 in the computer system for storing an information image file, and by allowing the processing means 15 to execute display of a place for handling the information image file on the display means 12, display of the information image file on the place for handling the information image file, specification of the displayed information image file based on an operation of the input means 14, specification of a file pointer included in the specified information image file based on the operation of the input means 14, and acquisition and execution of a file addressed by the specified file pointer.
