A sweetener composition comprises: (1) at least one component (I) (preferably sugars and/or polyols) with a solubility in water lower than 60 g / 100 g of solution at 20 degrees C; and (2) at least one anticrystallizing agent (II) comprising at least one oligosaccharide or polysaccharide, selected from starch hydrolysate, pyrodextrin and/or polyglucose.
