PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for preventing freezing of water content in suction air into an air compressor without degrading the output performance of a gas turbine device. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 11 is provided in suction air flow passages 9, 6 for the air compressor 1 in the gas turbine device and exhaust gas flow passages 10, 5 for a turbine 2 connected to the air compressor 1 via a combustor 4 for heat exchange between suction air into the air compressor 1 and exhaust gas from the turbine 2.
