PURPOSE: A device for adjusting an optical pickup tilt is provided to assemble many tilt adjusting cam assays in a hook method on one side of a base, thereby previously preventing an accident caused when the tilt adjusting cam assays are done. CONSTITUTION: Many tilt adjusting cam assays(80) are coupled in a hook method on a predetermined position of a base(30). The tilt adjusting cam assays comprise as follows. A cam axis(82) is inserted into a pierced hole of the base. An upper end of the cam axis is projected to an upper part of the base, and a lower end thereof is projected to a lower part of the base. A cam cover(84) surrounds the cam axis on an upper side of the base, and is hooked over many hooking holes formed on the edge of the pierced hole of the base. A coil spring(86) is received on one side of the cam cover when the cam axis is coupled with the cam cover, and presses ends of the first pickup axis and the second pickup axis(44b).
