PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device improving the image quality and the recording material carrying performance by reducing the incorporation of foreign matter such as paper powder sticking to paper sheets to be fed and carried from a paper feed part, into an image formation part and reducing contamination of a recording material carrier roller, a transfer roller, a fixing roller, a pressure roller, etc., due to the paper powder. SOLUTION: In a recording material carrier passage 9 extending from a paper feeding cassette 7 to a transfer portion T of the image formation part, rotating brush roller pair 13 as foreign matter separation means are provided in the carrying direction downstream of carrier roller pair 11. An electrostatic attraction sheet 15 as a foreign matter collecting means, comprising a material having a plus electrification rank to the recording material P is provided in the downstream of the rotating brush roller pair 13.
