PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-reactor survey instrument which is applicable to a constricted part inside a reactor pressure vessel. SOLUTION: An in-reactor survey instrument is so designed that an survey means 17 supported by a support means 14 is put into a reactor pressure vessel and pressed by a pressing means 28 against a subject for surrey. In this case, the support means 14 comprises a flexible structure that is free to curve along substantially its entire length and a holding frame 18 by which the survey means 17 is mounted on the flexible structure, and the pressing means 28 is supported by the support means 14 and utilizes the reaction of ejection 29 of fluid as the force to press the surrey means 17. |
