PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based adhesive which can give a bonded panel composed of a porous board and a decorative metallic sheet bonded thereto and from which the constituents can be recycled by re-releasing them without breaking them. SOLUTION: An adhesive panel prepared by bonding a decorative metallic sheet to a porous board with an adhesive comprising (A) an aqueous polymer dispersion capable of forming a film having a tensile strength of 1-28 MPa and an elongation of 100-2,000% when dried and (B) thermally expandable particulate hollow body is exposed to a hot atmosphere, whereupon the adhesive panel can be separated into the porous board and the decorative metallic sheet.
