PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll device which rolls a long metal plate into a prismatic body for architectural use, and reliably caulks overlapping portions of edges of the prismatic bodies. SOLUTION: Two mandrels, i.e., a first mandrel 3 with a squeezing roller 4 fitted thereto and a second mandrel 30 with a caulking roller 43 fitted thereto are connected to each other and fed in the feeding direction of the prismatic body A, and the overlapping portions A3 of the edges of the prismatic bodies A are reliably and consistently caulked by the squeezing roller 4 and the caulking roller 43 fitted to the respective mandrels.
