PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve product yield by preventing the fall of an ultraviolet hardening composition from a nozzle at unintended timing to eliminate the thickness unevenness of an adhesive layer between disc substrates. SOLUTION: A pump used for the disc manufacturing device is provided with a primary filling container 31 filled with the cation type ultraviolet hardening composition; a cylinder 32 provided in the primary filling container 31; a piston 33 combined with the cylinder 32; a piston drive mechanism 34 for sliding the piston 33; a nozzle 35 selectively communicating with an intake- discharge port 32a of the cylinder 32 to discharge the cation type ultraviolet hardening composition to the outside; and a changeover mechanism 36 for communicating the nozzle 35 with the intake-discharge port 32a when discharging the cation type ultraviolet hardening composition. The cation type ultraviolet hardening composition discharged from the nozzle 35 is dropped and applied to the laminated surface of the disc substrate 1a. |
