PURPOSE: A method for generating non-periodic keyed encryption data stream and a system thereof are provided, which have no possibility to reveal a keyed encryption data stream algorithm or encryption data. CONSTITUTION: According to the system, the possibility to reveal keyed encryption data stream is prevented by analyzing a structure of the keyed encryption data stream being output from a data output part. A keyed encryption data stream structure conversion apparatus(40) is added to the rear of a keyed encryption data stream generation apparatus(30). The keyed encryption data stream structure conversion apparatus senses the structure of the keyed encryption data stream being output from the keyed encryption data stream generation apparatus and converts keyed encryption data stream having a possibility to be revealed into separate keyed encryption data stream.
