The geometric testing involves derivation of measurement points which are derived in any three dimensional coordinate system, the number of points being greater than the parameters to be measured. Allowance is made for the theoretical correlations between the individual surface forms. The objective function is defined either as the minimum of an integrated sum of the square of the distance of the measurement points from the particular surface-forms of the workpiece or as the integrated minimum of that square. All the tolerance correlations between surface-forms and the individual weightings of the individual forms are included. |
