PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light handy cutter that can offer quick high- precision finishing at a site. SOLUTION: The handy cutter comprises a cutter body 10 manually longitudinally movable along a reference plane, and a milling cutter 13 supported rotatably and adjustably in the height to the reference plane on the cutter body 10 via a tool rest 11. The tool rest 11 is laterally movably supported on the cutter body 10. The cutter body 10 is movable by virtue of a plurality of longitudinally arranged rollers 15.
