<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a memorial service for historical achievements which leave the names of unknown people in the history. SOLUTION: A user uses a dedicated terminal 1 to apply history information and request it to be made open to the public and a history registration system saves and manages registered information by a computer and a database 2 of a history registration company and issues a record certificate. After inspection is made open to the public in a homepage and another user connects to the Internet by using a personal computer 3 to retrieve and know the information and then makes an additional registration application by the personal computer 3. The history registration system company saves and manages the registered information by its computer and database 2 and issues a record certificate. After inspection, additional registration is carried out and the information is made open to the public in a homepage; and the history registration system company charges the users for registration, inspection, information storages for several years, etc.</p> |
