PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form integrally a liquid receiver in a pipe and fin block of a condenser so that horizontal acceleration does not give influence to a refrigerating capacity and a refrigeration loss does not seriously act on a function. SOLUTION: In the condenser for an air conditioner, especially for an air conditioner for a motor vehicle, the liquid receiver (15) is formed by a plurality of pipes (18) extended between collecting pipes (10, 11) and connected thereto at their front and rear parts. The cross-section of these pipes is several times as large as that of remaining flat pipes (13).
