PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syphilis-antibody standard product whose sensitivity is good and which has an always definite quality by a method wherein the value of a working curve is not dissociated for each maker or for each lot and a production process is stabilized simultaneously. SOLUTION: The syphilis-antibody standard product is used to create the working curve when the antibody titer of a syphilis antibody is measured. The standard product is formed in such a way that two or more kinds of raw materials which contain an antibody reacting with at least one kind of an antigen selected from among a group composed of a syphilis antigen TpN17kDa a syphilis antigen TpN17kDa and a syphilis antigen TpN47kDa are mixed so as to become a prescribed antibody titer.
