PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile working stand which can be easily and rapidly moved, and dispense with any switching operation of the braking condition. SOLUTION: This mobile working stand comprises a moving means which supports a stairway-like elevating/lowering means 2 having a plurality of stairway-like stepping portions 5 so as to change the working height, and has at least three wheels to move the elevating/lowering means, and a driving means 3 to drive predetermined wheels 11, 11 among the at least three wheels, and an operation end 13A to switch the driving means 3 to the drive condition and the stop condition is provided above the moving means 1.
