PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the heat radiating structure of a plasma display panel lightweight. SOLUTION: A heat conductive medium 1 is produced by winding a metal sheet 11 processed into a form having good thermal conductivity and elasticity around a core material 12 having elasticity, and the heat conductive medium 1 is inserted as a deformable state by compression between the back face of a PDP 2 and a metal structure pair 3 as a heat radiating plate.
