PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete finishing machine capable of changing pressure acting on a concrete finishing surface by simple structure and operation. SOLUTION: Each of blades is made of a first flat plate part on the front edge side of the blade and a second flat plate part on the rear edge side, the area of the first flat plate part is made larger than the area of the second flat plate part and the second flat plate part is inclined at a specified angle against the first flat plate apt on a concrete finishing machine having a support plate, a pair of rotor shafts supported free to incline against a vertical axis of the support plate and free to rotate in the opposite direction each other, a plural number of the blades radially arranged from a lower part of the rotor shafts, a blade support means to support the blades free to oscillate around an oscillating axis along the tangential direction of a rotational circle of the blades and free to pivotally move around a pivotally moving axis along the radial direction of the rotational circle of the blades, an X axis oscillating means to incline the rotor shafts in the X direction and a Y axis oscillating means to incline the rotor shafts in the Y direction.
