PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error in the storage and drawing-out timing of decoding data which is generated by the position of a broadcasting video window displayed on a screen when the video by a PC incorporation type digital broadcasting reception card is displayed. SOLUTION: A method is provided with a process for detecting an area which is not displayed, a process for deciding whether the area is in the lower end part of the screen, a process for shifting a decoding field ID when the area where a broadcasting video is not displayed is in the lower end part of the screen and for adjusting the edge timing in accordance with a display end time point and a process for alternately performing first and second memory control modes in order not to permit the drawing-out timing of data to be displayed to collide with the storage timing of decoding data. The processes are successively performed so that the digital broadcasting signal is decoded and displayed.
