PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging container which is suitable for packaging a food such as Tofu (bean curd) which requires sauce, soup and the like to be attached while requiring air bubbles to be excluded. SOLUTION: The packaging container comprises a container main body 1 and a ring-like mouth part 2 formed separately from the container main body 1. The ring-like mouth part 2 is mounted on the container main body 1 so as to protrude beyond the edge at the upper end of the opening of the container main body 1. On filling of the food 10 such as Tofu or the like, the container main body 1 and the ring-like mouth part 2 are separated from each other, and the container main body 1 is filled up with the food 10. After the filling, a synthetic resin film 12 is heat-sealed to the edge at the upper end of the opening of the container main body 1. After the sealing, the ring-like mouth part 2 is mounted on the container main body 1, and an attachment 11 such as sauce or the like can be put in the mouth part without a fear of falling onto the synthetic resin film 12. |
