THERMOPLASTIC RESIN/CONCRETE PRODUCT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and energy required in the manufacture of a thermoplastic resin/concrete product using a mold. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin/concrete product 10 contains a large number of chips 16 comprising a thermoplastic resin and these chips 16 are mutually bonded through their surface parts 18 which are solidified after melted thermally. The product 10 can be obtained by charging a molding material containing a large number of chips 16 in a mold 24 and heating the mold to thermally melt the surface parts of the chips while pressing the molding material to mold the same and subsequently demolding the molded product.
