The invented optical device for scanning information plane (3) comprises a radiation source unit (70) and a beam-splitting element (8) of a radiation beam (10). Said beam-splitting element (8) comprises a mirror (18) being disposed in optical track of a sub-beam (17) having a second direction (II), and being formed of the radiation beam incident upon a first surface (15) and having a first direction (I), whereby the mirror (18) is arranged in an angle with respect to the second direction (II) and defines by means of a reflection track of a reflected sub-beam (17') a third direction (III), oriented toward a detection system (9), whereby perpendicular to the mirror (18) includes with the second direction (II) the same angle as with the third direction (III) and whereby the angle included between the first direction (I) and the second direction (II) is less than the angle included between the first direction (I) and the third direction (III).
