PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collector and a meter device to be used for an automatic meter-reading system for meter, which can be easily executed without performing wiring work even to an existent house. SOLUTION: By transmitting a start from the handy terminal of the data collector, the meter device installed at a place where that start signal can be received, transmits an identification number. The handy terminal which receives this identification number, successively collects measured data in a polling system while designating identification numbers to meter devices in communicable areas. |
